Meet the Best of Athens Rentals Team!

Best of Athens Rentals is a locally owned and operated rental management company that has been providing housing for OU’s off-campus students since 1972. All of our properties are privately owned by members of our business. This means no out-of-town absentee landlords; the owners of your property are your neighbors right here in Athens, Ohio.
Our management staff has a combined 50 years of experience. We approach our clients from a position of mutual respect and strive for relationships built on a foundation of fairness and integrity.
We strive to develop personal relationships with all of our residents. When you sign a lease with Best of Athens Rentals you are not just another tenant – you are our client, and it is our goal to ensure you receive the best possible service. To that end, we abide by an “open door” policy; drop into our office whenever it is convenient and we will be happy to talk with you. Our experienced staff also offers timely regular maintenance and 24 hour emergency maintenance.
We offer a wide selection of properties and prices. From uptown apartments to neighborhood homes and townhouses, we have a property available to fit your needs and budget. Best of Athens Rentals also owns five parking lots. Many of our parking spaces are adjacent to our rental properties and are available to our residents at discounted rates. We also manage 150 parking spaces adjacent to the South and East Greens making it very accessible for on-campus students needing to have transportation in Athens.
