Best of Athens Rentals accepts, personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders, and cash.

Payment by Check or Money Order

If paying by check or money order, please put the tenant’s name and address in the memo field. You can mail your payment to our PO Box listed above, or drop it off in the mail slot at our office. Please note that our office address is not a mailing address. Send all payments to the PO Box. Your canceled check is your receipt.

Payment by Cash

If you are paying in cash please call ahead of time to make sure someone will be in the office to accept your payment and issue a receipt.

Late Fees

Rent payments are due the first day of every month. We extend a grace period until the fifth day of the month. Rent received after the fifth accrues a late fee equal to 5% of rent due. If you are making your payment late, please include this late fee with your payment.

Delinquency Fees

If your rent is paid after the tenth day of the month a delinquency fee of $100.00 is accrued in addition to the 5% late fee described above. If you are paying your rent after the tenth day of the month please include the additional delinquency fee.

Parking Payments

If you are a tenant and rent a parking space, please include your quarterly parking payment with your rent payment to insure the availability of your space. We reserve the right to resell parking spots for which we have not received payment.

If you are not a tenant and rent a parking space, you must renew your parking pass prior to the quarter closing to insure the availability of your space. Call the office to make arrangements to pay for and acquire the next quarter’s parking pass. We reserve the right to resell parking spots for which we have not received payment.
